Teams with a Business subscription can use Songspace to track and manage pitch events collectively. When your team pitches from the same centralized catalog, you can:
- See the company history of any song in the catalog, so you know how many times the song has been pitched, and to whom.
- See the company's history with any contact, so you know which songs someone has previously been sent, and can get a feel for how they react to certain types of music or artists.
- Instantly run pitch reports for songwriters or artists to let them know which of their songs you've pitched over a certain period of time.

Who sees what?
While there are a lot of advantages to sharing a pitch history as a team, we've found it makes sense for most teams to have certain permissions around who can see what. Here's a breakdown of the access different types of users within a subscription have around pitching.
Owners & admins
Users that are a part of your team’s subscription with owner or admin permissions can see every pitch created by any member under the subscription.
Users with team member permissions can see pitch events related to any songs or catalogs they share access to.
While users with artist permissions have the ability to pitch their own music using Songspace, they do not have any access to the pitch log or company-wide pitch events, and their events are not added to the team pitch log.
